Seated fairly quickly then took about 10 minutes to even get a waitress to place drink orders, then took almost an hour to get our plates and the steak was under cooked and had more fat in it than I gave ever seen, probably 5oz of just fat, and had to ask for my wife's s salad and also silverware at this point, brother in law never received his lettuce tomatoes pickles etc for his"all the way" burger, our fries and shrimp were both way to greasy
This was my first time and I am only giving them a 4. The steak was good, not great, but had an awful lot of fat (on a medium T-bone) that couldn't be eaten. Also ordered a baked potato, but the server didn't bring butter and sour cream with it. Even after asking her for it, I waited about 10 minutes or more before having to ask another server to bring it. And they were not even that busy!!
Food is wonderful. Service is poor. It's not the waitress fault. Owners need to quit being so cheap and hire more help during busy times. Also, NO ONE paying $20-$25 for a steak wants to use a very cheap PLASTIC fork to eat with. Like I told them, it doesn't take long to wash four forks. Then owner comes to table, with lame excuses that her staff has stolen that much from her during Christmas. I'm not stupid, cause even I can go to Sam's and buy silverware in bulk and you had two months to do it.
Food was excellent-and staff was great! Atmosphere was very pleasant. Will definitely go back..
My wife and I had steak which was pretty decent. We sat in the bar area and the barmaid was our server as well. For as busy as the place was, she did a bang up job!!!!!!!
