The dentist and hygienist are very good at their job and no complaints on the treatment but my wait past my appointment time was at least 30 minutes and was closer to 45 minutes before being called back. I was not happy with the long wait and others were being taken back after sitting down for one minute. At least four people went back while I waited in the lobby.
Excellent customer service and I certainly appreciate the reminder text and emails. Don't change anything.
Awesome, friendly and kind staff make going to the dentist something enjoyable.
Always pleased with the quality of care I received from Dr. Smith and his team, from the moment I walk in the door until I walk back out. I also like the texted and emailed reminders they send. It's a well organized and well run practice with thoughtful and attentive individuals maintaining it.
