Jessica and Dr. Smith are AMAZING!! They are kind, professional and fit me in for an emergency appointment.
The receptionists were pleasant and sweet. As I was on-time, so was my reception for my cleaning. But I had an unexpected and disappointing surprise. My scheduled hygienist took an earlier appointment and I was assigned someone new to me. Now I am a very principled sort of guy, and I wasn't pleased with the change. No reflection on the hygienist assigned to me at all. Front office, hygenist and Dr Smith are always professional, efficient and caring. The office location is very convenient to my home and I am never anxious with my visits.
Great group of people! They always seem to be able to work me in with the past two "emergencies" I had with broken/chipped teeth. Brittany always does a great job cleaning and Dr. Bradford is always willing to explain or answer questions when I have a concern. If they only had a masseuse in the waiting room.
All went well ... thank you!
