I have been meaning to leave a review for a while now, but wanted to wait until our grass and landscaping had a chance to grow in a bit. Back in June we hired J Bell for the first time. They resodded some of our lawn and then also removed some large areas of sod and planted various plants like Muhly Grass, Russian Sage and Ruellia. JBell worked with me for a solution within my budget. Then the work was done per the schedule. We had a sprinkler system installed and our front lawn completely re-sodded. We also had two French drains installed. So far, we are very proud of it! JBell's onsite team was professional and friendly.
J Bell technicians were on time and very fast at fixing the broke sprinkler head. They also did a thorough inspection of the entire sprinkler system around the house and gave me an honest report that there was nothing else wrong. They charged me as they had quoted me before they came. I will call on J Bell again next time I need any sprinkler service.
Technicians were very knowledgeable, explained all work required including cost estimates, and completed the required work thoroughly.
I called J Bell Services out to find and fix sprinkler issues resulting from the recent freeze. They did a brief assessment of the system and reported several heads needed to be replaced. The estimate was between $150 and $200,; but the actual costs would be based on actual labor time and parts. The final bill came to $329.90; $190 for 2 hours labor; plus an additional $130 in parts.
