We called 2 other companies first, both of whom said we needed to replace our furnace entirely. Scott came in to reassess and immediately informed us that ours COULD be repaired. We went from about an $8,000 bill to a $600 bill! His HONESTY & INTEGRITY were second to none, and we HIGHLY recommend using this hometown company! Thank you JB Smith, you guys are awesome!

I called when I needed them to install a tank on short notice and they jumped right on it. I had a tank installed to my house in just a couple of days. Better than other competitors for sure. The gentlemen who came to install it were very quick and professional and I would have them do more work at my house anytime. Definitely would recommend them to anyone who need a propane service!
I had another company schedule delivery of service on the wrong day and JB Smith came to the rescue in less than 2 hours. Guys were great and couldn’t recommend them more.
They are the very fast and set up and filling and very easy to work with.
They installed a Rinnai tankless water heater, replacing a 17 year old standard water heater. Quick and easy installation and ENDLESS hot water! Yes, they work as advertised! Very nice upgrade for our family. Give them a call!
I would personally like to thank this company and the service technician that came to my home to install new service, they were very professional and taught me things that I had not even known with my previous propane supplier, I am so glad I switched companies, I was with the other company for 30 years and talk about pour customer service and price gouging, what a joke.. THANK YOU JB I WILL REFER YOU TO EVERYONE THAT IS INQUIRING ON WHOM I USE FOR PROPANE SERVICES. AWESOME COMPANY
