Bernadette was extremely condescending and had a vulgar attitude. I don't recommend talking to her when dealing with the business.
We had a rental with J&B for about 6 months, and we really enjoyed our experience! They were quick to get maintenance in to fix any issues that came up, and were very easy to work with. My only complaint/frustration is that when we moved out, I was told we could save money by cleaning the apartment ourselves instead of having them hire a cleaning company. So I agreed to clean it ourselves, & we had family come and help us clean the apartment. We cleaned every inch of that place, and for some reason, J&B still charged us a cl... read more
Worst phone call I've ever had with a property management, you can't even get a word In with the lady who answers the phone, she enjoys tearing you down and trying to make you feel stupid, I would highly recommend NO ONE ever rents though them!
Rented from J&B for a couple years. Leslie and Lynn were always very polite and helpful. Entry into apartment happened an appropriate amount- really just for maintenance requests (which didn’t happen often) and changing air filters. When I moved out, I felt J&B was very fair with regard to the security deposit and provided receipts for anything that was charged. If I was looking for another rental I would rent from J&B again.
