Jeff came out on very short notice, took care of our issue and within a half hour he was done. He even went as far as cleaning up our mess that was there prior to the issue. He is definitely our go to plumber now and I won't look back. The prices were excellent and he invoiced us within hours which was very conveinent. Also, his sense of humor is excellent, couldn't ask for better service. Once again, Thank you!
This was my first experience with J & B Plumbing and it was fantastic. My husband is a deployed service member and when I called, I was really frustrated with the plumbing backing up in my home. The staff booked an appointment for the next morning, called when they were on their way, and were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. They were also very fairly priced.
Not only would I recommend Butterfield Plumbing highly, I have. I went in to work the next day and told all my coworkers what a pleasant experience getting our garbage disposal fixed had been due to the great plumber. How often do you get to do that?
They came right away and fixed my faucet right on the spot. I would definitely recommend them
On Christmas Eve, my pump went out! What a disaster! I tried calling a number of plumbers and they either didn't answer or they said it was the holidays and they couldn't help. I called J & B and they said they would be there in 30 minutes. They were at my house in 20! When he saw it was a bad pump, he said to hold on and went to his truck and he had one! He installed it and cleaned up and was done! It works perfectly and J & B saved the day!! Thank you so much!
I would say they did an outstanding job with the pump that was broken they also suggested other options but I decided to get a new one. They are by far the best plumbing company. Thanks for your help.
