James was exceptionally helpful to us when we had him stabilize a pipe in our upstairs bathroom two years ago. It's lasting well. So we called him back to fix our refrigerator line and gas line shut offs before we received new appliances. He was super quick, and very informative. Also, he was very easy to schedule with. While doing this work, he discovered a malfunction in our basement that could have caused a rupture in our water main, and was prompt in bringing it to our attention and coming to fix it. Thanks Jimmy!
