A Good Selection and Pricing We ordered carpet from here is 2004 and were very pleased with the experience. The salesperson was very friendly and knowledgeable, and not too pushy. There was a wide selection of carpet and reasonable prices, which were thoroughly explained to us. The order, delivery and install process was very smooth and we had no isses at all. Highly recommended.

Great Customer Service I went to JB Factory Carpets on the recommendation of my landlord. The selection was great from industrial to high end. Each type of flooring was explained and reviewed. There were many delays from the contractors on the job that needed the carpet installation. Each time, Jennie at JB went above and beyond to accommodate the schedule slip. She communicated with me every step of the way. In the end, the carpet was installed a day ahead of time! Great customer service.
Excellent Products and Service I highly recommend JB Carpets to anyone needing flloring. My experience has been delightful, and the salesman (Patrick) has been great. Very considerate, with no pressure, it's so refreshing to work with someone that is knowledgable, yet not pushy. I was treated with great respect before, during and after my project was completed.
