Thanks for the very nice review. I completely apologize for the service that you received. It's completely unacceptable for some of the mistakes that happened. I can tell you and your server should have as well that we operate on a team system so you should see multiple faces during each visit. But, the service should be great even when you see lots of different faces. If anything like this happens please get a manager and let them know.
