It’s becoming more rare these days to have honest, friendly, attentive customer service from a knowledgeable expert. Ryan is all of these things. He not only responded to my request for service extremely quickly, he showed up within 30 minutes to diagnose the problem as to why our refrigerator suddenly stopped working. Ryan of J & B Appliance Service quickly responded to my call regarding a defective LG front load washer. Within about five minutes he diagnosed the issue - a defective motor sensor - and placed the part on order. A couple days later, at my convenience, he stopped by, installed the part, and the washer now again works perfectly. He's clearly very knowledgeable, and is friendly and professional, as well. I had a great experience with Ryan at J&B Appliance. He was quick to help and even offered free advice over the phone before coming out. When he arrived, he thoroughly checked everything out and made sure I was taken care of. Great guy and provided excellent service. Highly recommend!
