My husband and I went with a large group of people and we're hesitant to do so because of bad prior experiences. The portions were child size,food was cold,pork chop was very tough. The waitress dropped prime rib on one of the other people in our party and ruined her shirt. Did not apologize or offer to make it right. This was our third try and it was consistently bad. Very overpriced,would not recommend.
Stopped in here on a Saturday for dinner as we traveled through Maggie Valley. My wife and I knew nothing about this place, but we saw the sign and simply turned in. We received excellent service and attention from the moment we walked through the door. I wish I could remember the name of our server, but he was very knowledgeable about the menu. WOW... This place is usually pretty good ... But would highly recommend not going there tonight from the server to the cook and food is definitely not a good night to go .... Wow what happened to this restaurant ...
Wow the best server I have ever had! The food was some of the best.
The mozzarella sticks are awesome. Let's say we didn't leave hungry.
Wonderful place for a great meal. We have always had a great experience here. Just last week we were here for our 43rd wedding anniversary (August 11) and we were very pleased with our dinner and the service. Our server was the best and treated us like royalty when learning that it was our anniversary.
My wife and I ate dinner there on Sat 30/JUL/16. I had the prime rib and my wife had ribs. My prime rib melted in my mouth it was so good. My wifes ribs were very good as well. Service was absolutely on par with the food. Our waiter was very polite and on top of anything we asked for. We WILL go back next time we visit Maggie Valley.
