Great place for people who want to make a difference in people's lives! Get to do a lot of activities like fishing, sports events, and occasionally Valley Fair! Most rewarding job I have had. The company shows appreciation for their staff! I left the company for 6 months to work in the same field. But soon realized other companies don't compare to how J and J treats their clients and employees!
J and J Holmes has provided me with an exciting and rewarding career over the past five years. I've worked as a direct care staff, assistant supervisor, house supervisor, among other positions. The company has always been flexible. This company has very open communication; the CEO is willing to spend time with any direct care staff and talk about concerns or just shoot the breeze.
