I love working for a company that truly cares about their clients and staff. I worked for J and J 3 years ago but left due my other job. When I was looking to change careers I chose to go back to J and J because I love the company and the clients
4 years ago I was looking to change my profession. I had talked to some past employees and they told me about the rewards of working for this company! I will attest to the rewards. I have made some great friends but more so I have been able to see the good that i have made in others lives. I know everyday when i get up to go to work I have made and will continue to make a difference in someone's life!
One on one care given to our clients in a residential setting, so it's very family oriented. Great place to work!
Having a son with multiple special needs makes me appreciate this company even more! I have seen first hand how well they provide for their clients. They are treated like family! Makes my heart happy.
