I see people complaining about customer service, j and j there not the warmest people to deal with but there work is the best, all my cars for the past 8 yrs always get done there i try some else and regret it right away, if u want someone to talk to go to a dating site if u want great work do J n J.
J and J automotive is the BEST! We took our 3rd car already there and we are not dissapointed. They are fast, professional and do quality work. I advise everyone to go here, you will not regret it!
Bottom of rear window was not even attached to the glass and installed incorrectly. The person in the shop told me because the rear window was not installed correctly from BMW so the film has to be installed like that. What a joke! They said that's the best they can do! Do yourself a favor to stay away from this place. I am looking another shop to take it off and install the film right.
2nd car iv gotten a tint from these guys. Only down side is that they don’t like to clean the water marks left over in the cars interior from the spray they used.

John has done several of my cars (as well as friends cars/trucks) and I can say, without a doubt, he is the most friendly, particular and professional guy in the tint game in Philadelphia. ZERO issues..ZERO returns... fast service and very attractive pricing. Can’t provide enough positive feedback for J&J. Top notch work..
Had my 2015 Audi S4 there today. They did a great job and very quick. The car was finished in just under and hour! Tint looks amazing no bubbles or cuts.... Thanks to the team!!!
John & his crew did my Bronco, Jeep WK & my Range Rover. Everything always comes out perfect. I’ll be sending my tow truck over there shortly. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Professional, courteous & on point with timing. Comfortable little lounge area if your waiting on site. They’re not out to make your bank account cry either... You’re crazy if you go anywhere else.
