We began our meal with an order of artichokes that had excellent flavor but were a little charred on the outside. Could have been better. I am from Maryland where we are known for the best crab cakes so I’m always disappointed when I try them elsewhere. I was not disappointed with the crab cakes at Redlands Grill.
