They had my truck in and repaired and new tail lights wired all within a day. Absolute best place to take your vehicle for electrical problems only place to take it.
I highly recommend J & A if you have any car issues. I came in with a coolant leak problem and they were able to figure out what was causing it and resolved my issue for me. Thank you Kevin & Tristan for your help!
Very poor service. Tech acted like he wasn't trained to do elect systems. After very expensive repairs the problem has occurred. Owner was out of the business at the time of repairs and had no opportunity to discuss with him. Very poor electrical technician

First and last time going to J & A. I was recommended by Big O and boy, wish they'd didn't. Went in for a simple coolant hose replacement only took a few hours to do and drove to Columbus and the reservoir wasn't filled back up. It's a common courtesy to do do at a place of business. Safe to say, the coolant wouldn't stay in the reservoir and spilled and went right down to the ground instead of the tank. This caused the engine to over heat and blew up the engine.
