The most fantastic salon ever. Caesar is phenomenal
I am so pleased with Izzazu Salons downtown, especially with stylist Markus! He is so personable and did a wonderful job on my hair. I received many compliments from friends and colleagues! Everyone at the salon was so friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this establishment.
The most thorough consultation and haircut that I’ve had in many years. Excellent service all around.
Incompetent managment and reception! The failure to manage appointments and communication at this salon is shocking! (Please note this review is NOT aimed at the service provider but purely at Michelle and reception staff!) Originally appointment arrived, waited 45 min to then go ask where service provider was and reception looked into it realising that lash tech didn’t start working there till following week!
