THIS OFFICE IS WONDERFUL! They had TV's in the waiting room and in each treatment room. I had no problem getting my work done. Not only did the shot not even hurt, but he has a really soft touch. All the equipment at this office is state-of-the-art with computers, cameras and hugh bay windows that make you feel tranquil. I feel very safe here because I know it's safe and current. They did such a fantastic job.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. Not only did they give me a local anesthetic to make sure I didn't feel any pain during my procedure, they paused every few minutes to make sure I was still comfortable and okay. Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Were you able to watch TV during your dental procedure? Yes! I was able to choose between watching TV or reading a magazine

The words below are entirely my own, without prompting: My daughter and I were under Dr. Fakhouri's care for several years, and hope to be again, although we are not in that part of the country at present. I cannot yet speak for the rest of the staff at this new location, but I know his standards are high, and cannot imagine he would choose to work for or with others who don't strive for excellence. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the way they make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate me. Dr. Fakhouri is very gentle and has great hands. Thank you so much! I usually get the appointment time I want. I love when I leave the dentist and nothing hurt, and I definitely didn't hurt after my appointment here.
