As a female I was put in an office with a male therapist - no secretary - none else around- I felt unsafe as I have trauma issues- when I called the office about my concerns I got a call back - they had heard my complaints - but when I returned yr was the same and I was told my therapist is a supervisor and my complaints about him go to him - 🙄 so after I sought advise I decided not to return -

My therapist was unethical and unprofessional. When I tried to talk to someone at Ivyland about it they didn't return my call or help me get a new therapist. Very disappointing.
