I would not recommend this place to anyone: There’s mold everywhere specially in a basement. The leasing “property manager” is extremely unprofessional. She curses to new people and is beyond rude. I don’t know who hired her, but she does a terrible job at being a property manager. I hope Ivy Woods hires better staff as the location is good but the management is awful.
if you’d like a nice place in Tolland CT this isnt the place for you. There is black mold in every unit and it’s infested with rats. it is more comparable to a housing project in Hartford Connecticut that a luxury apartment complex in the suburbs. The management is rude and incompetent not to mention the owners are rude unwilling to fix any issues including major health hazards.
