I lived here for 4 years and right before I left they had issues with a manager and the new manager came in and requested I come to the office and renew my lease. I explained that I had already given my 90 days notice to move out a few months back but because of their management issues no one had been maintaining the office for a month and I needed them to write a verification of my notice. RUN FROM IVY RIDGE The outside looks nice but the rooms are small. Sunroom which is connected to living is okay. Overall the apartment is ok for a single person and maybe one child due to space. As far as services and mantance. It sucks they come out when they want to. The have leaks in the roof all the time which can go in your home. The lie when they say there gonna do pest control and never come by. And they also lie when they say the could put you in a differ apt when need it. by g!d 10/21/2011 I stayed there for 6 months until I could get a better place. Even though the rent was less because it was a subsidized apartment, it was NOT worth it. I am a paraplegic in a wheelchair and was told I was getting a Handicapped Accessible apartment, but after signing the lease I found they lied to me; it was a regular apartment not one of the Handicapped Accessible ones. Also, I was told I could not move out of my apartment even if an Accessible apartment came free. After moving in I found about the dangerou... read more

Awful! This place is awful! I lived there for a year and did not even stay for my full lease. Someone stole a PS 3 out of our apartment and the residents there do not take very good care of the place. Teenagers hang around the balcony with loud music playing throughout the night. NO PRIVACY. Unlawful activities!Trash can be found along the balcony and the noise is awful. If your a single male/no kids you'll prob be ok but thats it. I do not recommend.
