I always have a great experience at Ivy, it's beautiful , the weather has been perfect for the patio . The food is always amazing and everyone is so friendly.
Have eaten there many times for lunch, always a good experience. Stopped in tonight for drinks... not good. Poor service, felt unwelcome after having to move away from leaking ceiling at the bar onto a table that seemed to be part of the waitstaff station.
We have lived in Wheaton a little over two years, and we have tried several of the nice restaurants here. The Ivy is, by far, our favorite. It has excellent food and a lovely ambiance. Occasionally, we have eaten our dinners at the bar, which Is lovely, and great fun. We plan to dine there tomorrow night, with friends!
Amazing food!! The Cappacio I the best!! It's an old church and is beautiful, romantic and fun. Highly recommended.
All of it! Our celebration was a birthday dinner with my daughter and my son in law and the food did not disappoint. We began with mussels in white wine garlic sauce and great bread with it, the cheese plate was wonderful and then I had a salad with shrimp, arugula, watermelon and feta. My son in law had a steak which looked very good even though I don't eat red meat! Creme brulee and a cocoa pot ended the repast. My biggest regret is that I had to leave the leftovers in Chicago!
