We were happy with the care our child received at Ivy Rehab for Kids. Unfortunately, we experienced recurring administrative issues that made continuity of care challenging. This included appointment cancellations and breakdowns in internal administrative coordination that appeared unrelated to insurance coverage itself. This is our fourth place we’ve tried in Grand Rapids for occupational therapy and speech. We absolutely love it here and hope it’ll be our last!! The attention to detail that Ms Bree gives our kids is astounding; I don’t know how she does it! Ms Kristi always greets us with a smile and is eager to answer my questions or help. We are so happy with the progress our kids have made so far and can’t wait to see the progress they’ll continue to make.

Excellent brand new clinic. The manager has a heart of gold and patients come first! If I had my own children, they’d be coming here for therapy.
