Absolutely love this nail spot! From the moment you walk in, the vibe is clean, calm, and welcoming. The attention to detail is unmatched. My nails always come out flawless, shaped perfectly, and exactly how I envisioned (sometimes even better). They take their time, listen, and really care about the health of your nails, which I appreciate so much.
I have used encore nails/Ivy nails for years. Kim is an excellent nail tech. Her husband on the other hand Lee is less desirable. I have made multiple appointments only as like today to show up and be told by Lee that I canceled . which is an absolute lie this place is a joke not only did I get up early to be on my appointment time on time to walk in and she is taking care of someone else only to be told again that I canceled if you are looking for a reliable respectful shop this is not the one .
Awesome place they do amazing job n they right next to my job chic fil a Everyone is nice very clean and beautiful And absolutely peaceful
Horrible Horrible! Went twice and my nails still chipped broke the third day I got them done and even gave a good tip! Won’t go back stick to my girl at sun city nails Maddy!
