We had two of our bedroom ceilings collapse during the most recent brutal winter due to ice jam build up on our roof and gutters. We contacted Ivy Lea, having used them in our previous home to remodel several bathrooms. They came out within a few days to assess our damage and to give an estimate. 50 year old cement board (Hardie type, Tudor trim) falling apart more than patching could fix. Ivy Lea was only contractor of 4 estimates who understood what and how to do the work and did a beautiful professional job. Employees were Always timely, pleasant and did perfect work/reconstruction. Professionals are not gone, just hard to find and we now keep their number on the fridge.
