We just move-in on August 4th 2025. First, I would like to thank Renita Lynn (Property Manager) and Brittany (Assistant Manager) the two of them was very friendly, very professional, and very helpful. Secondly, we love our beautiful spacious apartment, feel just like a cozy, comfortable, and very quiet home in the great Castleton area. The Pool here just got shutdown by the city health inspector. Theres also been a mandatory implemented trash disposal price and system added to future contracts, and the company in charge of that has been missing days semi-regularly. The inacted this system as a way to get around the issue of people accidentally literring taking their trash out, but if you forget to bring your trashcan back in they threaten to charge you a violation fee. Just really screwy trash system and the pool was a public health and safety hazard.
It's amazing place..I been living here for 4 year ..and it feels like home!!!
We are confused. We have gotten messages saying our maintenance was completed, but the bathtub faucet still leaks and there is a brand new, in the package, faucet spout sitting on our dryer. ? Not sure what is going on? It is definitely not completed as we are being told. Thank you.
Renita always sees your needs are met in a very quick timely manner. She is always so willing to work with you. She demonstrates professionalism at its best. Maintenance was also very friendly and professional.
