RecommendedI loved living at Ivy Hall while I was a University of Delaware student! The complex is next to the train tracks, but is otherwise quiet and peaceful. The ladies at in the office were always incredibly helpful and accommodating and the maintenance team always took care of any issues quickly. It’s also pet friendly, which is a HUGE plus!
I lived here for a little under 3 years. The apartment is very spacious, maintenance issues are handled very quickly, the location is unbeatable. I certainly will miss living in Ivy Hall!
Ivy hall was amazing! I lived here for two years while I was in school and can truly say that the staff went above and beyond to make my apartment away from home feel exactly like home. Maintenance was great and the ladies in the front office were more than welcoming and accommodating. Thanks for a great experience Ivy Hall!
I lived in Ivy for three years. By far the best experience I've had with an apartment complex. Maintenance requests are completed within less than 48 hours. Steve (maintenance manager) is a lifesaver whenever you have an unexpected occurrence. The office staff is very flexible and efficient with handling any and all complaints/issues that come about. I will certainly miss working with their staff!
If you have any problems, your problem is solved immediately. The staff is friendly and they listen to you. They're willing to help. Those who live here are extremely respectful to each other. Noise or anything you might be uncomfortable with is definitely not happening. Thanks, Ivy Hall.

Ivy Hall, has everything you need; great staff, a gym, free tanning stand up beds, and tons of parking spaces. I will never forget the great, and amazing times that I had at Ivy Hall apartments! I will miss this place. 5 out of 5 would recommend.

Nice place to live. Affrodable rent, nice people, and awesome staff. Also super dog friendly which was amazing.
My roommate and I have been living at Ivy for almost 2 years now and it has been nothing but great. We have never been let down by the maintenance guys, who are always willing to help if there happens to be a problem. The front office has the friendliest staff you could ask for and the complex itself offers a lot of great perks. Pets are allowed, a nice gym, tanning, free donuts and coffee some mornings, etc. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking in this area!!
