I would have given zero stars!! This place is the worst medical office i have ever been to. I have made several appoints to see the dr and every time it is cancelled by the office. They have allowed me to be off my medication now for almost 2 months. Very unprofessional in every aspect. Will never go there again.
I called ahead to find out if they could do a specific procedure. They said they could. I took time off from work and drove 20 miles to the Troy location. I was put in an exam room. TWO hours later, I called the front desk to see if they forgot about me. They had. Finally someone came in and asked why I was there. I told them and the lady said “I’m sorry, we don’t do that here.” They prescribed me some medicine and sent me off to Walgreens. The pharmacy said the $600 meds were not covered by my insurance. Ivy Creek has been the only medical facility i have went to and didn’t think it was a pointless trip. They actually listen to you and get you the help and medicines that you need. And the staff are so so nice! The people at the desk, the nurses and the doctor. Highly Recommend:)
They don’t tell you if they take your insurance or not. They run up a bill and tell you it’s covered. Only reason they got the second star was because they had a great tech working the floor.
