Dr. Caldwell is great at working with and explaining things to the kids. Unfortunately, our experience with the practice’s hospital/treatment coordinator has been consistently negative and deeply frustrating. From our very first interaction, the coordinator displayed an immediate defensive, rude, and dismissive attitude, as though answering questions and helping families understand the process was an inconvenience. The receptionist ( heavy set light skin lady) was extremely rude to my family when my son went there. And she even hanged up the phone on me. She was extremely rude, I wouldn't be coming back to this place.
The staff is always kind and service is always exceptional. The facility is always clean!
Dr. Caldwell and his team are fantastic with kids. Each daughter had anxiety going to the dentist but after each time, they felt more and more comfortable and now don't mind going at all! Even when they were anxious, the entire team respected our process and gave us space to try to work it out ourselves.
