The staff was very nice and helpful. Dr. Batos was extremely nice and explained everything to me in detail. She also understood that I was nervous!!
Had appt but was cancelled because no hygienist then was given another appt but then was told I never made one and I asked them to check the records to double check but they said they don’t keep records that far back but it was 30 days ago. so then tried to make another and was told I must prepay because I was sent to collections because I owed $29. About as painfree and pleasant as any oral surgeon can be.
i did not have good experience here, the front desk was rude. doctor was fine.
Very professional office and staff. They thoroughly explained what they recommended for treatment and I was given multiple options to decide what treatment would be the best for me. There were no worries about fees either, they explained how to maximize my personal insurance benefits, and there was no pressure to decide at that moment whether I wanted to proceed. Dr. Batos and her staff are kind and understanding and the office seems to run very efficiently.
From the moment we called to schedule the initial consultation until our most recent visit, we have experienced nothing but professionalism from Dr. Batís and her staff. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, the assistants are caring and comforting, and Dr. Batos herself is thorough and knowledgeable. After the procedure, she and the assistant went over the after care in detail. Dr. Batos followed up by phone that evening and then again the next day. We highly recommend Dr. Batos.
The staff was very nice and very knowledgeable. When getting my teeth cleaned they were very thorough and did a great job. I would recommend Dr. Batos to everyone.
The front desk, which is the first impression, will leave you with a pretty b.ad taste in your mouth. They are constantly talking about money....I mean constant at the expense of not going through the medical issues. I had a consultation and never heard back from them so had to follow up. Prior to my scheduled surgery the front desk actually called me to ask for my physicians fax number. Couldn't she have googled it like I had to? Front desk will talk about money everytime they call.
Very friendly and understanding.
