I came in to to donate my hair to Pantene Beautiful Lengths. My appointment was scheduled at the Pelham location, with Kate, who was very professional and courteous throughout the visit.
RecommendedI had my first appointment at Ivy Salon today and I was overly impressed. Everyone was so nice and welcoming the entire time. Katie Smith gave me a fabulous hair cut! One of the best cuts I’ve ever had. I already have my next appointment scheduled with her. 😁❤️
I just moved to SC from Austin and it’s always difficult to find the perfect salon. Well I nailed it on my first try with Ivy Salon. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. Kate was my stylist and I’ve never had anyone spend so much time asking me very specific questions regarding my hair and preferences. Kate listened and came up with great ideas. I’ve always gone to Aveda salons, but this one by far is the best! Thank you!!

I moved to SC from a very different climate and was struggling to manage my hair. I tried several different salons, staying with the stylist for 3-4 visits to give them a chance to learn my hair. I was continually unhappy with the results. Before moving I had been happy at my Aveda salon and decided to try Ivy even though it is an hour drive for me. Kelsey has given me great cuts and pointed me to the correct products to finally tame my mane! Ivy is a well run salon and Kelsey makes the hour drive worthwhile.

I’ve been there yesterday and I absolutely love it! Great service and Alex did an amazing job with my hair. She took her time to talk to me about my hair and totally make a difference! She is amazing! I will definitely be back!

Always great energy when I visit. The receptionist and other stylists are always very friendly! I’ve been seeing Kelsey Turner for several visits now. She always treats me wonderfully and talks to me about what I want before doing anything. She very recently gave me highlights when I wasn’t exactly sure what I was looking for but knew I wanted to try something new, she nailed it! I’m always excited for my Ivy appointments!
