The facility was very clean, staff welcoming and organized. The waiting area offers a variety of drinks and snacks which is thoughtful. I was on time and was checked in immediately and placed in a room for my infusion, no wait time! I was only in the room for a few minutes before my infusion was provided. I was given the opportunity to ask questions and understand the process prior to infusion. Excellent experience..
