Great staff, great facility, and love the spacious rooms! The recliners are very comfortable and some rooms offer couches, which is nice if someone accompanies you. If I had a suggestion, it would be to have a clock in each room. I’m there for at least 4 hours and it would be helpful. I bring my own phone charger, but that would be helpful. It’s nice that they offer an array of snacks and drinks. Most importantly, the staff are the best! If there was one thing I’d add a clock in each room!

Staff are excellent! Atmosphere is calming and comfortable. Administrators keep up with my insurance and followup appointments. For something I need to do for my health, it is an enjoyable experience every 6 weeks. This particular visit the administrator in the center helped me with an insurance/financial issue that was causing me a lot of stress. She helped resolve it!
I’ve been going here for years and love how efficiently they get me in and out (generally within an hour whereas I was up to 4 hrs at Vandy) - and I love the hospitality and caring they’ve shown me - I’ve moved to a different part of Nashville - but I’m not going to change my location as long as the same nurses continue to provide care here!!!!
