Current resident here. I can say the selling agent Derek was excellent and very helpful. But I've been extremely disappointed with the home. They applied the wrong exterior brick and refused to fix it, instead offering to buy me out. Furthermore their HVAC work was terribly unplanned and much of it is needing to be moved in order to accommodate a basement finish. Ivory refused to adjust or reorient the offending areas. I will start this review by saying I'm a 2X Ivory home buyer and have loved the building process we've had with our agent Colbie Dean and the ivory design team. If you are looking to build with Ivory, you will be happy working with their awesome team! Having said that, we've had an absolutely awful experience with their warranty department and Liz who runs that group. We had our back window pane shatter at 3 in the morning due to temperature fluctuation and faulty glass/installation. The house is less than 2 years old. Worki... read more
