(UPDATE) The owner is purposely committing malpractice and will get you unalived if you go to her. this establishment ILLEGALLY contacted me begging me to remove a bad review. She used my review to get my information and contact me after I already declined services. Then she lied and said no therapy services exist over the phone without going in person. I just started as a patient at this office and I have to say I am impressed. My intake appointment was professional and full of new information that previous providers did not share with me. My provider had me do labs to make sure my body was healthy enough for medications.

She was almost always late to our calls, last call I had before leaving the practice she did not call for our 3 o'clock call, I called at 330 to reschedule and was told no. She then called me at 412 which was 45 mins late to the 30 minute call. I had a different appointment at 415 so we had a two minute unproductive phone call that should have been rescheduled when I called earlier. Still got billed $200. I do not recommend coming here I’ve been going for four years and everything was great until the original owner passed away. I missed one appointment that they took upon themselves to schedule for me. I was sick with my phone off. I offered to try to pay for the missed appointment and everything. I have been receiving assistance from iView services for almost a year now, and have felt nothing but disrespected and slighted. My provider, Christine Mims, is never on time to phone appointments. She’s either too early or too late, and if she misses an appointment, you have to pay the bill. When you run out of your meds and put in for more, you have to wait for weeks for the script to actually be sent where it needs to go. If it gets to the right pharmacy is a gamble.
