Horrible Staff Horrible receptionists. They do not come on-time and act arrogant and demeaning towards the patients. The office hours are 8-4 M-F. I called 4 times starting at 8:15, but no one answered and there was no answering service either. When I finally reached the receptionist @ 9:30am and asked her about this, she was very rude and spoke as if she is better than me.
Do not waste your time & money! I had 2 failed cycles with Dr Fakih. I only saw him once in my initial consultation for about 5 mins. All other calls and questions were handled by his nurse. The staff is very short with you. They claim he is a specialist when it comes to difficult ivf situations and will give you a special protocol. I made them aware of my condition with RA and they said it would be fine but had no knowledge of NK cells and how this can negatively affect your cycle. Very disappointed with my experience. They have several websites with different information. My doctor was out of the Dearborn office I only saw him once and was given a different doctor for my procedures in Rochester Hills. The protocol I was on was not helpful. Take my advice and go to a facility that actually cares about their patients and not about the number. This is like an IVF puppy mill.
Building is nicer but you sure don't get Jackie and Emily here the staff in flint is friendlier:)
This office is much nicer than the Flint office. Dr. Abuzeid is GREAT.
