KEEP LOOKING!!!! No house, rent amount, or location is worth working with this company. In my opinion this company has the worst professionalism and customer service I have ever experienced. They will continually try to make tenants pay for maintenance invoices that are 100% the leasing company’s’ responsibility. They cut any and every corner possible to save money for their own pockets. **BEWARE** DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! A total rip off. They don't handle situations professionally. They take forever to answer emails or call when you have an emergency and something needs to be repaired immediately and want to charge you for something that is clearly not your fault. Not worth time, money and sanity dealing with this company. Take your money elsewhere!!!

Looking online I found an apartment that I wanted to see. I called and made an appointment to see it, and the lady I spoke to was very specific about checking to make sure that I was going to be there on time for the appointment. I was there on time and after viewing the apartment I immediately told the guy showing the place that I was interested. They did not repair the issues that I had brought to their attention. They have ignored most of my emails. The move out report had every single item circled to be cleaned when we had hired a cleaning crew that day. They attempted to charge money to clean the window sills for a room that is windowless and clean a ceiling fan for a room that does not have one!
