Ivars has always been a family favorite. Consistently great. We went last week and it was a very off night there, service and food were not up to par. I sent an email to let them know that it was a dissappointing night and we knew it wasn't typical, but still not what we expected. I got an email from the manager apologizing, and she also sent very generous gift cards to my family to invite us back.
