My wife and I had a great experience buying a bike here. Stephen did a fantastic job asking us about the riding we planned to do and then recommended a few models at different price points that would work for us. He made the whole process straightforward and was always polite and helpful. The team set the bike up while we picked out a helmet and then we were on our way. The service and experience was fantastic!
Item I ordered wasn't in stock after all, so I was offered an upgraded equivalent at the same price instead!
We found the staff (in particular Simon), extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He wasn't pushy at all, showed us all different types of bikes and suggested the most appropriate for use. Simon was happy to answer all our questions and spend as much time as needed helping find the right bikes. Simon went above and beyond to help, even down to little things like accessories and bike seats
Check the other branches first for pricing , I saved $500 by going to the Heidelberg store
Best staff ever. So friendly and helpful. Would recommend this store to everyone that has or looking for a bike. I will never go anywhere else.
