Can't book in for a bike service and expect you to go without a bike for over a week before even being looked at. Normally had good business with this shop but calling up on a friday, be told to bring it in should be done in a day or two to then bringing it in on a Monday and being told it won't be touched till the following Monday. Needs a better system
Work shop boys are amazing however retail staff are very arrogant and rude. Been a long time customer but no more.

Not sure if management has change because been in twice over last few week and very little customer service and rude. Went to 99 Bikes and they have won a customer for life.
