Didn't get the guy's name, but was absolutely amazing at customer service and helping me buy an e bike, put it into our car, and fit a tire. 10/10 thanks to the legend in the green shirt with the glasses!

Just bought the first bike for my four year old daughter. Ivanhoe Cycles has so much variety and the customer service is great- especially Dai who was very helpful and assisted us in choosing the right bike. Highly recommended
I brought in a bike that hadn’t been used, expecting it would need full service. Tom took a look, checked everything over, and honestly told me that the bike was still in good condition. He even pumped up the tyres for me and didn’t charge anything. It’s rare to find someone so genuine and trustworthy.
