The maintenance repaired our tub leak, as they have done well to make our repairs satisfactorily! Although, there remains issues in other areas of which could be improved substantially! For example, some areas of management, and the cleanliness of our building could be improved!
Great management awesome maintenance people. I love living here they have been nothing but kind. Understanding good people. As long as you are a good tenant as well.
The majority of the appliances didn’t work in the kitchen. It was never actually cleaned before I moved in like they said it would be. I didn’t have a working heater for a few days. Is still don’t have a properly functioning heater. Yet I had no problem giving them all of their money they needed for me to move in here. They just can’t seem to figure things out on their end. Their maintenance staff is wonderful but their office staff is not. They should be trained by their maintenance staff on how to treat people. All they ca... read more
