I would not do work with Brenda. She terrible at communicating anything over to you. She failed to give me a notice of the property transfer. I barely moved in yesterday. When I checked my account I guess I owe 800 dollars. But have full proof I paid in full. So see you in court. 2 week update still hasn't returned any calls or money.
Management company uses non-compliant leasing and utility practices. My current lease at one of there other rental properties called Greeley Houses LLC was left with blank utility checkboxes, yet they are trying to force an un-contracted, back-dated $72.34 monthly trash fee onto my portal. We had lived in one of their studio apartments at Knights Apartments Greeley for three years, and felt that it was time to relocate to a larger apartment. We then transferred to a one bedroom in one of there other properties. We are satisfied with our overall experience! The management Brenda, and Claudia, the maintenance Ricardo, Justin and Glen, and the cleaning staff Shelly are very friendly, polite and helpful in all aspects related to their jobs and the tenants they interact with along the way.
