I worked with Ivan on an out of state purchase of property in Georgia. As anyone knows who has done this, it is ESSENTIAL to have someone very knowledgeable, very detail oriented and just overall imbedded in the local community and can anticipate anything and everything. He was present and my eyes and ears for anything I could not attend to locally (which was a lot). So personable and just made this experience one that I would repeat again because of how smooth it was. Thanks Ivan!

I recently had the honor of working with Ivan when he had me inspect a property for one of his clients. During the inspection, I pointed out issues with the roof, and he wasted no time in getting a roofer on-site to assess the situation. Highly recommend Ivan Walker for any real estate needs you may have. A few months ago my seller and long time friend, Karen, was moving from FL to GA.
