Dr. Gautam ordered two tests at Ball Memorial after very little conversation about how they might be relevant to my case. Both came back negative, but with insurance were over $1200. It's very unprofessional and inconsiderate to jump straight to expensive solutions without fully considering the likelihood of their effectiveness, and to pretend like we don't live in a system that financially punishes us for taking tests just to see if they might happen to come pack positive. I started being seen here almost 2 months ago. But it’s been the absolute best care over ever gotten. I see Dr. Gautam and he is just simply amazing. He listens and actually wants to help . His nurse Makenzie is great too. She listens and is patient with you , not rushing you out . I truly feel like they want to help rather than just get a paycheck and leave. Highly recommend this place.
Kelsey and Sarah were wonderful. Very kind, and comforting.
