I moved to the area so I needed to establish care. Every single person I interacted with at IU Health was kind and professional. The scheduling representative I spoke with on the phone, Keisha at the front desk, Ms Christine in the lab, the nursing assistant, and my primary care physician Jake Webb. Even the checkout lady was kind and professional. It was an amazing experience for my first visit at IU Health and I was very grateful and relieved.

I was scheduled to have an intake appointment with their office. I scheduled this appointment a few months in advanced. Less than a week before the appointment I was told I would have to call to reschedule because they put in the wrong appointment category instead of an initial. The woman I called to reschedule did not tell me rescheduling dates since she felt they were inappropriately far out. This is unprofessional and is ultimately affecting my health. Saw a rheumatologist that I haven't seen before here. Anna Gramling was really nice and knowledgeable. I would recommend her if you need a new rheumatologist.
