Nailben Patel is the absolute WORST PA I have ever dealt with. In all of the years of being an advocate for my own health I have never had someone who on THE VERY FIRST MEETING decided that I no longer need my medication that has, FOR YEARS, kept my diabetes in check. I was also informed that I didn’t need most if not all of my other medications. She didn’t even do a diabetic exam!!!! So how would she know what I did and did not need! My review is from our pediatric experience and other experiences with office staff. The pediatrician here is fine, we never had an issue with Dr. Zwick. However the issues stem from wait times and admin staffing. Sure we all know we have to wait at the doctor’s office, it’s a part of the experience; but how long is too long? Every pediatric visit we had at this office took longer than two hours. They are very professional, respectful and take care of your needs to the best of their ability.
The best customer service of a Doctor office that I ever experienced, super friendly staff, explained process in a manner that was clear and understandable for people who are not familiar with medical care. I Can't praise this team enough!!!
