The facility itself could use some updates. However, the actual care (the most important part!) was outstanding. The front desk staff was quickly accommodating upon arrival. The nurse practitioner was very thorough in the assessment during my visit. He also did a great job at explaining the options & next steps for my medical need. Everything was Great.
Nailben Patel is the absolute WORST PA I have ever dealt with. In all of the years of being an advocate for my own health I have never had someone who on THE VERY FIRST MEETING decided that I no longer need my medication that has, FOR YEARS, kept my diabetes in check. I was also informed that I didn’t need most if not all of my other medications. She didn’t even do a diabetic exam!!!! So how would she know what I did and did not need!
