I was scheduled to have an intake appointment with their office. I scheduled this appointment a few months in advanced. Less than a week before the appointment I was told I would have to call to reschedule because they put in the wrong appointment category instead of an initial. The woman I called to reschedule did not tell me rescheduling dates since she felt they were inappropriately far out. This is unprofessional and is ultimately affecting my health. Saw a rheumatologist that I haven't seen before here. Anna Gramling was really nice and knowledgeable. I would recommend her if you need a new rheumatologist.
The facility itself could use some updates. However, the actual care (the most important part!) was outstanding. The front desk staff was quickly accommodating upon arrival. The nurse practitioner was very thorough in the assessment during my visit. He also did a great job at explaining the options & next steps for my medical need. After my visit, I was directed the the lab next door for a blood draw - this experience was also very pleasant and seamless. The quickest and most pain-free blood draw I've experienced.
