I've been referred to IU Neurology for testing. I called several times just to schedule an appointment. First time I was told I had to wait for a letter in the mail. 3 wks later no letter so I call again. I was transferred to leave a message specifically tells u not 48 hrs for call back, but 48 business hrs. That was in November. No return call or letter. Saw Nurse Practioner for follow up from a serious spinal infection causing the bone in my back to break. Very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend for treatment of Neurological problems.
I wish I could add more than five stars to this facility. The care that my son has received by his doctor has been beyond amazing they care that he is received has been in my opinion the best care he has gotten in 10 years when he first got diagnosed with epilepsy. The doctors here listen and they put you at the top of the care list when it comes to your diagnosis your medications they put you in the forefront and that you are number one.
