We ended up having some trouble parking because we parked in the wrong parking structure. On par with my hospital navigation skills. 🤣 However, because of this though, we were super late and feared that we would miss our appointment time. But, the office was super helpful! Even though they could have cancelled our appointment per their policy (x>15 min late), they instead helped us to navigate to the proper parking structure and to their office. Everyone I spoke with was extremely helpful and friendly. The doctor fully explained everything and made sure I understood what was said, and that I had no further questions or concerns before ending the appointment!
Excellent staff
Steer clear of the pediatric side and providers, our provider was condescending and talked down to us. Whole day felt rushed and she had terrible “bedside” manner.
Amazing experience. Would highly recommend!!!
