THE PEOPLE THERE WAS VERY PERSONAL. AN THE DR WAS VERY KIND AND EXPLAIN EVERY THING VERY WILL ABOUT THE TREATMENT THAY GIVE MY SON.. VERY PLEASED WITH THE WAY THE STAFF HANDLE THINGS. AN DR,S DONE THERE JOBS VERY GOOD.
I'd give it a zero, but they don't offer that option. How can you call yourself any type of medical facility and refuse help to a person who is so sick she's becoming malnourished from being unable to keep food down, creating an almost 10% weight loss in a person who is already underweight, and not even bother to try to get them help in a real hospital at a bare minimum. Or call yourselves human beings for that matter. Your CEO should be looking for Drs that actually want to provide care in my opinion.
They can't even spell a name right, or take a proper blood pressure. I left before they ended up harming me.
Sat there lastnight waiting for my son to be seen for 2 hours, only to have everyone that came in after us called back, then when I said something the nurse was very hateful and rude and rolled her eyes at me. We haven't been to this er for years, and don't plan on going back after that.
I have heard many bad things but I have never had a bad experience ever here... Yesterday had the best ever experience at any ER. Great people who actually cared.... Thank you everyone for saving my eye!!!!!
Absolutely the worst ER ever or should I say Bandaid station!!!! We waited for over a 1hr 1/2 just to be brought back to be put in a room to wait another 30mins and counting with hardly no one here���� Unacceptable and I'm surprised they haven't kicked me out yet , just saying!!! There was people leaving that came in after us that couldn't wait any longer, you shouldn't have to wait so long especially when people are sick! Any one have corporate's number?
