My mother was brought in by ambulance. You said she had the stomach flu. You sent her home where she deteriorated more. Took her to another hospital a couple days later and It was sepsis! She is currently hospitalized elsewhere fighting for her life. You wasted precious time! I nor my family will ever walk into this back alley hospital ever again!

This place is unimaginably SLOW! We've waited, so far, 45 minutes for discharge papers ALONE... and still waiting after speaking to a nurse about leaving. Apparently, head injuries aren't "emergencies" either.

my 4 year old special needs son was seizing last night when I brought him to the ER and todd was the guard there and took my son back to the doctors for me while I was at the desk and stood there and made sure my son was ok and stood in the room with him while he got an xray done bc of me not being able to be in there due to radiation. I didn't get the chance to thank him last night so i wanted to do so here. he did more then he had to and I just wanted to thank him for his caring heart. thankyou Todd Fisher.
I have had multiple bad experiences with staff members and also the billing department through IU Health. Through asking a simple question to a nurse and receiving a nasty answer, a doctor not giving proper medical treatment to my daughter, and the billing department meaning up my daughters bills. They have been nothing but a headache to deal with.
