All the nurses were fantastic!
Went to Ball State ER today due to dropping a RR tie on foot and they got me in a lot faster then I expected,I got a xray and wrapped up quicker then I thought, our assistant and nurse practitioner were outstanding and really friendly. My option really flipped on this ER and would like to say a very heartfelt thank you to the people that helped me out today. Very good job when customer service seems like a thing of the past.
I was very well taken care of with my visit to cath lab yesterday. All went so well .Thanks to all Doctors and Nurses and staff, for caring so much . Couldn’t be more grateful ab thankful.
They was fast but kinda of weird how they don’t fully check to make sure you good and nothing else is wrong with you , my girl pregnant and she told them what’s wrong and baby fine but didn’t even take the time to make sure her hip was good no nothing just gave meds and sent us out the day without fully looking kinda of weird and where I from that only hour and 20 mins they would of fully checked make sure there no other issue , makes no sense since this supposed to be hospital for people that are learning and paying for goo... read more
If I could give 0 stars I would my mother was in here and they can’t even go over simple patient discharge papers without an attitude wouldn’t take her to take a shower only wipe her down they lack basic patient care
