Housekeeping associates don't do their jobs appropriately because they have fire extinguisher in their break rooms blocked . Too many breaks and hiding in the rooms pretending to be working. The hospital is not perfect sanitized.
It is nearly impossible to reach this office by phone. Calls involve extremely long wait times, and despite repeated promises of call-backs, no one ever follows through. I needed a test ordered, but was told by the nurse that my doctor had been changed without any notification, and that the new doctor would decide when—or if—to respond to the request made by optometrist.
