Nearly impossible to get in contact with anyone for anything unless you actually go into the building, and the resident doctors don't want to do any tests that could help, instead just putting you on medications and telling you good luck until your next appointment, which is a huge hassle to schedule anyway. The only good thing about this place is the reception staff, who are so friendly and helpful, especially in stressful situations.
Doctors and nurses are great. But for future reference they do not close at 430pm. They close at 4pm
I’ve been coming here for 16 years and I just had a nurse named Ashley Dr Southwicks nurse she is so unprofessional. In 16 years I have never had a nurse so unprofessional. I’m never complained about a nurse until her. Ashey
Did you know… IUH requires you to be seen once every three years (regardless of health status). If you do not, they can deem you a non-patient and will not see you, even if you’re ill. I went to a same day visit for a non-urgent injury this week. I have been seen there multiple times in the past as well. Not to mention I’m a former employee in good standing. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I have been to two different appointments with 2 different drs over the last 3 months. One of which was supposed to be my all the time dr. They actually went out of their way to call me and schedule that appointment with her to meet her. At that appointment and time I informed them I had to increase my antidepressant slightly from 10mg to 12.5mg. They suggested I take 15mg yet still wrote me a script for 10s. I obviously ran into issues of running out early. They resolved it last minute.... read more
