Did you know… IUH requires you to be seen once every three years (regardless of health status). If you do not, they can deem you a non-patient and will not see you, even if you’re ill. I went to a same day visit for a non-urgent injury this week. I have been seen there multiple times in the past as well. Not to mention I’m a former employee in good standing. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I have been to two different appointments with 2 different drs over the last 3 months. One of which was supposed to be my all the time dr. They actually went out of their way to call me and schedule that appointment with her to meet her. At that appointment and time I informed them I had to increase my antidepressant slightly from 10mg to 12.5mg. They suggested I take 15mg yet still wrote me a script for 10s. I obviously ran into issues of running out early. They resolved it last minute.... read more
I've had both good and bad experiences here. The quality of your care will depend on the doctor you end up with; some of them are poor, others not bad, with the rare excellent doctor if you're lucky.
Friendly employee's great service the staff at the Doctor appointment took the time to explain what's going on with my Health great place to take the family great place to meet new people
